THE Booking Process

1. Planning and Quotation

Whether you fill out our online quotation form, ring us, email us, or even WhatsApp us we will respond to you within 24 hours, although we aim for within 2 hours during the working week day. Once we have quoted, we will get back to you via your prefeed method of communication.

2. Confirming Your Booking

If you are happy with the quote, we have provided you with, you can accept this by contacting the office. You will then receive a confirmation containing the details.


3. A Few Days Before Your Trip

A few days before your trip we will contact you by email, or phone if you have not provided us with an email address. This will confirm the date and time of your booking and will provide you with a link so you are able to track the vehicle on the day of your booking if you have requested this.


4. The Day of Your Trip

On the day of your booking, you will be able to track your vehicle up to 15 minutes before the first scheduled pick up.S


5. Payment

If you hold an account with us, we will issue an invoice to you twice a month if you have had any journeys with us during that invoicing period. If you do not hold an account with us, we will send you your invoice for payment before the day of your trip. We require the funds to be cleared into our account 7 days before the start your trip. Unless it has been agreed otherwise in writing.
