JRP Direct’s Booking Process
The JRP Direct booking process is very simple, with many different ways to contact us from email to a simple whatsapp message. Please see below for our entire process step by step.
1. Planning and Quotation
Whether you fill out our online quotation form, ring us, email us, or even WhatsApp us we will respond to you within 2 hours during office opening hours, although if not we aim to get back to you within 24 hours. Once we have discussed your transport requirements we shall provide you with a quote, we will get back to you via your preferred method of communication. (Phone, email or Whatsapp)
2. Confirming Your Booking
If you are happy with the quote, we have provided you with, you can accept this by contacting the office. You will then receive a confirmation containing the details via email and our payment policy.
3. A Few Days Before Your Trip
A few days before your trip we will contact your preferred communication method to confirm any details.
4. The Day of Your Trip
On the day of your booking, we shall aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before the time of your booked departure time.
5. Payment
If you hold an account with us, we will issue an invoice to you twice a month if you have had any journeys with us during that invoicing period. If you do not hold an account with us, we will send you your invoice when you confirm your booking with us for payment prior to your trip. We require the funds to be cleared into our account before you start your journey in accordance with our payment terms. Please note that if payment is not received in line with our payment policy we hold the write to cancel your journey with us.
6. If you Wish to Cancel Your Booking
