Coach and minibus hire to Legoland Windsor
Coach hire to Legoland Windsor with JRP Direct gets your whole group to the resort in one vehicle, picked up wherever suits you and dropped in the resort’s coach park. Schools, youth groups, clubs and family parties are among the groups who book coaches for this trip. JRP Direct is a family-run minibus and coach hire company based at Buttons Farm, Cross in Hand, near Heathfield in East Sussex, trading since 2019 with a modern fleet of 15 vehicles and drivers who hold enhanced DBS checks. This page covers choosing a vehicle, coach parking at Legoland, how the day runs on a resort built into a hillside, the adult ratios Legoland sets for its rides and where we collect from.
Which minibus or coach suits your Legoland group
The right vehicle is the one that seats your whole group, children and adults together. A family party, a small youth section or a specialist class can travel on our 16-seater minibus, while a slightly larger group fits the 19-seater executive minibus. Our 35-seater team coach usually takes a school class with its staff or a club outing, and our larger coaches, up to 75 seats, can carry a full year group in a single vehicle. The wheelchair-accessible executive coach seats 51 passengers with a dedicated wheelchair space, so a passenger who uses a wheelchair travels with everyone else.
Legoland describes the resort as more than 95 per cent accessible to wheelchair users, with level paths that can be steep in places, so it is worth telling us about any mobility needs at the quote stage.
Coach and minibus parking at Legoland Windsor
Legoland directs coaches and minibuses to Car Park C, and its school information confirms that school coaches and minibuses park there free of charge, with designated drop-off points for coaches. Legoland states that visitors do not need to cross any busy public roads between the coach park and the entrance, although they will cross internal park roads on the way to admissions.
The resort is on the B3022 Windsor to Ascot road, about two miles from Windsor town centre, at Winkfield Road, Windsor SL4 4AY. Legoland signs its approach from junction 3 of the M3, junction 6 of the M4 and junction 13 of the M25 for clockwise traffic, and warns that some sat navs send vehicles into a residential street, so it asks drivers to follow the brown tourist signs instead.
