We have been running in our current form since 2019 and operate a modern fleet of 15 vehicles, from 16-seater minibuses up to a 51-seat wheelchair-accessible coach. The work is varied: school contracts and day trips, care home and community outings, early-morning airport runs to Gatwick and Heathrow, weddings, sports fixtures and multi-day tours across the UK and Europe. Most work is local to Sussex and Kent, with occasional nights away on tour work.

What it is like to work here

We are a small team, which means the office knows every driver by name and every driver can pick up the phone and get a straight answer. That cuts both ways. Vehicles are cleaned before each journey and professionally maintained, CCTV and telematics are fitted, and pre-journey checks are part of the routine rather than a box to tick.

We expect drivers to be smartly presented, polite with passengers and on site 15 minutes early as standard. Because we carry children and vulnerable passengers, every driver holds an enhanced DBS check.
