Inclusive Travel
Getting everyone where they need to go, comfortably and with dignity, is something we take seriously at JRP Direct. Our wheelchair accessible coaches are ideal for inclusive school transport, SEN groups, care homes, community organisations, corporate travel, airport transfers, leisure trips, and private group hire. Each booking is tailored to the group’s specific needs, with careful consideration given to boarding time, seating layout, journey pacing, and passenger comfort throughout.
We know that for many passengers, the journey itself can feel daunting – and that the people organising it carry a real responsibility. That’s why we take time before every booking to understand your group, ask the right questions, and make sure nothing is left to chance on the day. If you have specific requirements around equipment, mobility aids, or the order in which passengers board and alight, just let us know and we’ll plan around it.
There is no minimum hire duration, giving you complete flexibility whether you need transport for a short local journey, a day trip, or a multi-day tour.
High Standards
Every journey is operated by experienced, polite, and DBS-checked drivers who are trained to assist passengers with accessibility needs respectfully and reassuringly. They understand that patience and clear communication matter just as much as good driving, and they approach every group with that in mind.
Our coaches are fitted with CCTV and telematics, regularly inspected, and thoroughly cleaned before every hire – so the vehicle your passengers board is always in the best possible condition. Accessibility ramps and securing equipment are checked as part of our pre-journey routine, not as an afterthought.
Drivers arrive at least 15 minutes early, allowing plenty of time for safe, unhurried boarding and ensuring a calm, well-organised start to your journey. For groups where routine and predictability matter – such as SEN or care home passengers – that consistency can make a genuine difference to how the day begins.
