Every JRP Direct driver holds an enhanced DBS check, updated regularly – not just the drivers on school work, all of them. They arrive smartly presented, polite and briefed on your booking: names, timings, pickup points, and any passengers who need extra help boarding. Where the work calls for it, drivers are trained in accessibility support and SEN transport, and they offer assistance respectfully and without fuss.
They also arrive 15 minutes early. Every time. It’s a company standard, not a slogan, and for a 4 am airport run or a wedding morning, it’s the difference between a calm start and a stressful one.
